well, the more you have sex, the more you want it, so masturbating might not actually help in the long run, but if your anything like me, once you do it your good for the day, so maybe if you know you are going out, maybe an hour or so before, just masturbate, than you won’t just have sex on yur mind the whole time.

what you really need is a guy that can satisfy you on a regular basis not just a wham bam thank you maam type of guy there is nothing wrong with a strong sex drive i’ve lived with it for ever but as i got older i realised it has to be good sex or its just not really worth the effort
